When they saw the star, they rejoiced exceedingly with great joy.

  This month we reflected how God revealed His only Son to men.  We read Mikah 5:2-5 to know it had been foretold hundreds of years before the Messiah was born in Bethlehem. It was wise men from the east that came over the long way to worship him. They were indeed wise, for they followed God that led them to Jesus, they trusted on God's promise to give them the Messiah, and listened to the warning not to be included in king Herod's conspiracy.
